Day 168: Coloring outside

Iris told us today that she was going to get stuff to make craft with, and came back with a box of crayons and a coloring book.  I felt like we could maybe take the opportunity to get outside a little.  So, we took our coloring book and box of crayons outside on the driveway.  I failed to take into account that there was a 15mph wind, so coloring as a bit of a challenge, however, the girls both had fun.  Iris colored a picture of rhinos and Penny picked a pretty peacock.  I liked the texturing the driveway gave the pictures.  It honestly worked well until Coraline came over and sat on all three of our pictures... then coloring sort of came to a grinding halt... oh well, that is what happens when you have a 1 year old!
